At Obviously Apparel, we want you to love what you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
